Where is this stuff made?

Everything in The Kozak Store is printed to order in the United States by our print partner. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why every order is printed fresh for you.

How long until it ships?

Printing takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping inside the US takes another 3 to 7 days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the print shop.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. International orders take longer, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by you on delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Message us through the Contact page within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your call.

Can I return or exchange for a different size?

Because every item is printed for you, we can't take back correctly made items. Check the size guide on each product page before you order. Between sizes? Size up.

Is this the official Ami Kozak store?

Yes. thekozakstore.com is the only official merch store for Ami Kozak. Ami earns from every sale here, and nowhere else.
