Refund policy

Every item in The Kozak Store is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
